SWACH BHARAT MISSION A PAINTING COMPETITION SPONSORED BY INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD
On 15th of July the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. sponsored a painting competition at GD GOENKA PUBLIC SCHOOL. The competition began at 12.15 pm and was categorized into 4 groups, A (3&4), B (5&6), C (7&8) and group D (9 - 12). The competition was for a maximum strength of 150 participants.
Paper, art materials and refreshments were provided by IOC to all participants, and the results are as follows:

This drive of SWACH BHARAT MISSION is an initiative of the Ministry of Home Affair; Govt of India, and the winning paintings will be shared to the Ministry, as informed to us by Mr. Nirupam Dasgupta, Senior Manager Siliguri Terminal.
The painting competition was for a duration of 1 hour and the music teachers contributed their time generously by invigilating providing support. The paintings were judge on the spot and prize distribution was also conducted. Winners were given trophies. Gift hampers were given to all the staff members who contributed in this event.
