Technology is not just a subject at G.D. Goenka Public School, Siliguri, but a journey of imagination, exploration, and innovation. Byte by Byte 4.0, the fourth edition of the Computer Science Department’s journal, celebrates this very spirit of discovery that thrives within every Goenkan learner. From the curious eyes of our pre-primary students exploring their first lab sessions to the confident innovators in the senior section developing AI-powered programs and 3D designs, each activity reflects a commitment to learning through doing.

Across grades, students participated in engaging lab experiences, ranging from identifying computer parts, experimenting with Tux Paint, and creating digital art to building flowcharts, designing presentations, and crafting software solutions. The hands-on exposure continued through initiatives like the Mega Tinkering Day, where students designed STEM projects, and the AI Workshop, where young minds explored artificial intelligence domains such as Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.

Byte by Byte 4.0 stands as a testament to how our school nurtures not just coders, but creators who blend logic with empathy and technology with purpose. As students continue to explore the endless dimensions of AI, robotics, and digital creativity, the journey toward a smarter and more connected world continues one byte at a time.
