The students of class I to V went for a jungle safari from Siliguri Junction to Rangtang in the Heritage Train on 10th, 11th and 12th of December 2013 respectively. The students enjoyed the ride and had a pleasant trip. They saw various animals and colourful birds on the way. They enjoyed same lip smacking snacks in the middle of the jungle. The students seemed very excited as this was their first experience on a toy train.
